4abuild was established by a group of professional managers and skilful designers with experience in the interior design field for more than 15 years. We create a design to match customer needs and hightly concern with a unique identity, function, esthetic, marketing, environment. Based on our varied experience with residential space, show homes, condominium units, office spaces, retails, restuarants, food centers, education centers, hospitals, shopping centers, exhibitions etc, we can ensure a high level of professional service to fulfil the needs and satifaction of clients. Our company philosophy is based on honesty and trust with our clients. Our professional ethics will allow us to meet the unique requirements of each project. We work based on 3 principles.
1. Timing: time is important for doing business that represents a potential loss if you miss the schedule. We are fully dedicated to each project to get the job done, and to deliver the project on schedule.
2. Budget: over budget is something that no owner wants to suffer. Thus, planning and experience is necessary to prevent this occuring. With more than 15 years experience in the interior construction field, we are confident in our ability to manage any project, and provide support and advice whenever necessary to our clients.
