2. Office space including home offices, single-storey and multi-storey buildings.
3. Retail space including shopping centers, stand alone retail buildings and commercial buildings.
4. Hospitality space including showrooms, cafes, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and education centers.
Acceptable financial terms for each project.
1. Project cost is more than 1,000,000 bath
2. Decorative budjet is more than 20,000 bath
3. We charge design fee around 800-1,200 bath per sq.m., 50,000 bath at least for minimum design fee in each project.
4. We will charge more operation fee for a project outside Bangkok area.

Design Process
1. To get a brief of project from client.
2. To approching customer a quoatation, a contract and a shcedule.
3. Client sign to approve contract and make a first payment.
4. To interview client for more detail.
5. To survey and analyze the site.
6. To present interior design zone and layout.
7. To present design visual via 3D perspectives.
8. To finalize design and matertials.
9. To deliver construction drawing.
10. To provide Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
11. To manage a construction bidding
12. To take care of a construction part to follow with design. (Not to manage the site.)
